Credit Card Refunds
Once we receive your returned shipment, St. Michaels Winery will issue a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of every wine and item we sell. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving it at [email protected], and we will make it right.
Delivery Policies
All wine is sold in Maryland, and ownership transfers to you, the buyer, in Maryland. You are responsible for arranging shipment of your wine. We do not guarantee that shipping or receiving wine is legal in every state or country outside Maryland; in fact, some locations are restricted. When you place an order, you authorize us to arrange delivery through a common carrier to your chosen address. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine. By ordering, you certify under penalty of perjury that both you and the recipient are 21 or older. The recipient must show valid ID upon delivery to confirm age. Misrepresenting your age or the recipient's age is a crime in most states. We are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order or your wine arrives damaged, please call us at 410-745-0808. We ship Monday through Friday; weekend delivery is generally not available. During extreme temperatures, shipments may be delayed to protect the wine from heat or cold damage.
