Can I use any St. Michaels Winery wine in these recipes?

Most of our drink recipes are designed to be flexible. While each recipe suggests a specific wine style, you can often substitute another wine from our current wine list that shares similar flavor characteristics. When in doubt, start with a smaller pour and adjust to taste.

Do I need special bar tools to make these drinks at home?

No. Many of our recipes can be made with basic kitchen equipment you already own, such as a measuring cup, a spoon for stirring, and a citrus juicer. A cocktail shaker and a jigger are helpful but not required for most of the recipes featured on this page.

If you have leftover mixed drinks, store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Keep in mind that carbonated ingredients will lose their fizz, and fresh fruit may become soft. Give the drink a good stir before serving any leftovers.
